Meet our Sommelier: Alison Perrier Briggs
Alison Perrier Briggs is a level two Sommelier, certified wine educator and wine writer. She has assisted in wine production in five different countries. Alison has been engaging wine drinkers of all experience levels at events for over 15 years.

Meet our Chocolatier: Bryan Ruch, Owner of Groveland Confections
Groveland Confections is a family-owned Minnesotan chocolate and confectionery business known for its high-quality sweets made with clean ingredients, blending tradition with innovation. Specializing in brand elevation through tiered gifting and custom chocolate bars, Groveland makes gift-giving effortless.
Bryan, with a 20-year background in luxury hospitality, shifted his passion for service and craftsmanship into creating premium chocolates and gifts. He now resides in Edina with his wife Anna and their two young children.
