Teresa Daly is a businesswoman with more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership and consulting.Her expertise lies in building strong leaders by working with individuals to uncover their assets and capitalize on their strengths.  She has worked with politicians, CEOs and entrepreneurs.
Previously, Teresa served as president of the Prouty Project, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, team development and organizational performance. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president for Right Management Consultants, a global firm specializing in career transition and organizational performance.  During her tenure with Right, she received the Chairman’s Award and was appointed to the President’s Advisory Council.
