Bruegger's Bagels Grand Re-Opening

Bruegger’s Bagels, known for its authentic New York-style bagels and signature egg sandwiches, celebrates the re-opening of its Leisure Lane location on Thursday, Feb. 16 after recent upgrades to the bakery.  

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on opening day at 10:00 a.m. with remarks from the Edina Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, 50 percent of opening day sales will be donated to Edina High School to benefit its upcoming senior class celebration.  

The reopened bakery boasts a fresh new look inside and out with updated decor, menu boards, lighting, seating and new menu additions including New York-style coffeecake, cheesecake brownies, peanut butter bars, Lemon Poppy and Blueberry Greek Yogurt muffins. New coffee offerings will include Bruegger’s Bagels’ new premium Rainforest Alliance Certified coffees, seasonal single-origin pour-over coffees and organic 20-hour cold brew coffee. 

“The popular Leisure Lane location is the first of many bakeries in the Minneapolis area to undergo renovations designed to enhance the guest experience,” said Bruegger’s Bagels Chief Marketing Officer Judy Kadylak. “After a brief closure, we look forward to serving our guests again in the remodeled bakery featuring an updated look and expanded menu offerings.”
