While the Mall of America currently attracts over 40 million visitors each year, the Phase II development of MOA anticipates an increase of 20 million visitors annually. Expanding MOA an additional 4.8 million square feet through upscale retail, hotel and entertainment options, Phase II will incorporate unique features such as museum-quality exhibit space, high level services and spas, and an NHL-sized arena available for public skating.
