Human Powered Health is a science-driven health and performance company that empowers people to understand and improve their bodies through data. With Performance Labs in Minneapolis (Edina), Scottsdale, and Wellesley, they offer research-grade assessments—VO₂ max, lactate testing, DXA scans, metabolic analysis, gait and force-plate testing, sweat analysis, and more—delivered by master’s and PhD-level physiologists. Guided by the mission to “power health and athletic performance for motivated humans,” they make elite-level insights accessible to everyday athletes, teams, and clinicians. Through their partnership with Human Powered Health Cycling and their focus on the four pillars of performance—movement, mindset, fuel, and recovery—they aim to inspire simple, meaningful steps that help people build long-term strength, resilience, and well-being.

Meet our speaker: Evan Strewler
Evan Strewler is the Head Performance Physiologist at Human Powered Health in Edina, where he leads the Performance Lab and oversees daily operations. He supervises a team of physiologists and brings extensive experience managing exercise programs and leading teams. Evan specializes in exercise program design and advanced fitness testing, including cardiorespiratory fitness, body composition, metabolic function, and functional strength and power. With more than a decade of earlier experience in metabolic testing, strength coaching and exercise physiology, he brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to every assessment. He holds a Master of Science degree in exercise physiology from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota.
